Open Question: What is the best city to move to?

I am finishing up my A.S. degree and plan to get my B.S. in dental hygiene. I'm thinking of the following schools/cities: Loma Linda University School of Dentistry (Loma Linda, CA) UCLA School of Dentistry Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine (Pomona, CA) UCSF School of Dentistry (San Francisco) University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA) University of CO-Denver Louisiana State University (New Orleans) University of MD-Baltimore UNC-Chapel Hill I want to live in a friendly town with lots of outdoor rec, relatively safe and clean, and rent is under $800/mo.
